Many of your pieces are one of a kind, which makes changing the size difficult. Whenever possible we are happy to accommodate sizing request for an additional $15. Please know it may take a bit extra time to receive your order. Special sized pieces are non refundable.

Within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Must be in unworn and in original condition. We are unable to accept returns due to excessive wear. Shipping cost is non refundable.

We love that you love to wear our bracelets! They are meant to be worn hiking, dancing, dining, or anything EXCEPT while bathing, swimming or any other water contact event.

Occasionally a bracelet warrants a bit of repair we are happy to do so within the first 12 months of purchase and normal wear. Please contact us so we may access the issue and issue a return authorization.
